Visteon designs and manufactures fully integrated heating, air conditioning and powertrain cooling systems. Experience in systems integration enables Visteon to manage tradeoffs that occur by integrating the component, subsystem and vehicle-level interfaces related to the climate system. Proprietary analytical tools and advanced consumer usage models are used to drive design decisions and accurately predict real world vehicle performance of the thermal systems.

Additionally, Visteon incorporates advanced and extensive testing capabilities to validate thermal system design and performance.
