Visteon's Unified Parametric Vehicle is a virtual method of testing vehicle models that can predict real-world performance of climate and powertrain cooling systems before a physical prototype is built.

With Unified Parametric Vehicle, we examine the entire integrated system inside and out, from engine thermal management to passenger comfort. We can accurately measure the interaction and impact of a wide range of properties, from vent configurations to changing weather conditions, and can study the impact of engineering and design changes almost immediately.

This simulation technology assesses the performance of climate and powertrain cooling systems and enables us to optimize airflow and reduce weight while improving emissions and fuel economy. It allows us to analyze hundreds of design choices, climate properties and even driving styles to allow whatever system options are necessary to assure occupant comfort and proper engine thermal management.
